After a consultation: join any membership within 15 days and your first month is Plus, free. That's same-day help and a monthly check-in, like a guarantee on everything we set up. After that, your membership continues on the plan you chose.
Check-ins are by video call or screen sharing, up to 60 minutes. Prices start with no devices under our care. If you'd like us to look after devices like your Wi-Fi, smart speakers and thermostat, or a medical alert system, your plan costs more depending on what we manage, and we'll confirm the price with you first. If a device we manage for you fails and can't be fixed remotely, and it isn't caused by an accident or a change on your end, the in-home visit is included, travel too (replacement parts or devices are yours to buy). Any other in-home help gets your member discount on labor and travel. Standard rates without a membership: remote help from $45 per 30 minutes, in-home visits from $120 per hour plus travel. Devices and app subscriptions are paid separately.
Memberships renew monthly. Cancel anytime from the member portal; you keep your benefits through the end of the month you paid for. Secure checkout by Stripe.
