Questions people ask
Is the AI subscription included?
No. You sign up for the AI tool you choose (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot) in your own name and pay that company directly. We help you pick the plan that fits before you pay for anything.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We set it up with you on a live session, explain each step, and leave written notes. Training is part of every package.
Which tools can you connect?
Most common small business tools: email and calendars (Gmail, Outlook), shared drives, online booking, payments, accounting, and online stores. If a connection needs custom work, it falls under Custom Automation and we quote it first.
Will AI make mistakes?
Sometimes, which is why we set things up so a person approves anything that goes out to a customer until you trust it, and we train your team on when to double-check.
Do you train custom AI models?
No. We set up and connect proven AI tools to your business. That's faster, cheaper, and easier to maintain than training your own model.
