How fast can my new website be live?
On the Launch plan, we build your site within 2 business days of receiving your details form. Guided Launch is built 2 business days after your consultation, and Growth 5 business days after the consultation.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No. Website plans are month to month with no setup fee and no minimum. Cancel anytime; refunds are given as credit on your monthly bill.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do, from day one. Your domain is registered in your name, and renewal is included while you're on a plan. If you leave, the website files and domain go with you. Add-on services we run for you, like a chatbot or customer portal, stop when you cancel, and we point you to replacement services and export your data on request.
I already have a website. Do I have to start over?
No. Start with a free scan or a website review to see what's worth fixing. If you do move to a plan, we keep what works from your current site and change what doesn't.
What's the difference between the free scan and a paid review?
The free scan is automated: broken links, spelling, speed, mobile scores, and search basics, emailed to you. Paid reviews add a consultant's eyes on all 12 areas, ranked fixes, and (on Growth and Competitive) rewrites, a call, and competitor comparisons.
