Software integrations, CRM/ERP setup & technology planning · San Antonio & remote

Software that works together.
A plan for what's next.

Most small businesses run on a pile of apps, each added for a good reason. We connect them, help you choose the right business system when you've outgrown the pile, and lay out a roadmap so every new tool earns its place.

What we do

Systems reviewTechnology and software assessment

How your software, data, and workflows fit together: what's slowing you down, what's at risk, and what to fix first.

Connect your toolsSoftware integrations

Forms, scheduling, email, payments, accounting, and customer records passing information along on their own, so nobody retypes it.

Business systemsCRM and ERP selection and setup

When spreadsheets and sticky notes stop scaling, we help you choose a CRM or ERP that fits your size and budget, then set it up around how you work.

Technology roadmapIT strategy and resource planning

What to keep, connect, replace, or drop, in what order, and what it will cost, so technology spending follows a plan instead of a sales pitch.

Data cleanup and movesData migration

Customer lists, job history, and records cleaned up and moved into the new system without losing what matters.

DocumentationProcess and systems documentation

A written map of your tools, who has access, and how information flows, so the business doesn't depend on one person's memory.

Questions people ask

Do we have to switch software?

Usually not. We connect the tools you already use first. If a new system would save real time or money, we'll show you why and what it costs before anything changes.

What's the difference between a CRM and an ERP, and do we need one?

A CRM keeps track of customers, leads, and follow-ups. An ERP runs more of the business in one place: jobs or orders, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and accounting. Many small businesses need a good CRM and a few connections, not an ERP. We'll tell you which fits, and when it's worth waiting.

What does a systems review include?

We look at the software and processes behind your business, like scheduling, email, payments, accounting, and customer records, and how information moves between them. You get a summary of what's working, what's slowing your team down or putting data at risk, and what to fix first.

Do you sell software?

No. Subscriptions are in your name and paid directly to the software company, so you own your accounts and your data. We recommend what fits and set it up.

Do you do networking, Wi-Fi, or security cameras?

No. We focus on software, systems, and automation. For networks, we'll point you to a specialist, and for cameras, alarms, or door access you'll need a licensed security company.
